FCIB’s In-House Company Training Programs

Currently, the Chinese enterprises are facing with both opportunities and challenges with the worldwide trend towards economic globalization and ever-increasing international trade and investment in China. And with the increasingly enhanced comprehensive power of China, the Chinese enterprises have invested more money on overseas companies. How the Chinese enterprises adapt themselves to meet the changing demand of international markets and gain the latest information about developing trade credit practices within their enterprise will determine whether they can survive in a competitive market. The recent implementation of the Social Credit System in China further reinforces the need for such development. Therefore, it is suggested that Chinese companies take full advantage of the opportunity to develop their organization as a group. FCIB (China)
has the capacity and capability to bring important training and knowledge to the firm, to assist in creating competitive advantage.

To support this development needs of larger firms, FCIB (China) launched the Training Course for Larger or Mature Enterprises in China. The project integrates proven, successful business practices, as experienced by many FCIB members over many years, into a delivery method that is efficient and effective. Practices introduced incorporate theory and actual business practice, discussed and adapted to the specific needs of the enterprise. It represents an introduction into the newest, most effective and best probable solutions to issues attacking the risk management of the firm daily.

This professional training program is designed for senior management of mature enterprises with issues of greater complexity and challenge, requiring a higher level of, and more diverse experience to resolve.

This program differs from other recognition courses offered by FCIB, in that participants may select a part, or all of the course offerings according to their actual need. International professional and academically successful instructors staff the program. They are consultants in their own right, who possess knowledge of both theory and practice in the development of the best solution for the firm.

The participating enterprises may expect significant upgrade in their capacity and capability to compete in the global marketplace.
