Bing Qiang is an expert in credit management. He used to
work as senior manager of credit management dept. of a large
state-owned bank and Dell, one of the Fortune Global Top 500
companies. Mr. Bing has been working in the field of credit
risk management for 17 years and is therefore experienced in
corporation credit investigation and analysis, receivable
collection and customer service. He has been awarded

for having made outstanding achievements in establishing
credit management system, assembling professional credit
management team, overall control of receivable collection,
establishing communication between finance and sales
departments, reducing DSO, improving account qualities and
managing legal proceedings of delinquent receivables, and

Project for his project which promotes collection
proceedings and reduces the receivable collection period.
Mr. Bing also received his MBA degree at Xiamen
University.
