Mr. Zhou Ji’an currently serves as the Vice President of
China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, China’s official export credit
agency.
Before his service at Sinosure since 2001, Mr. Zhou had
served as the General Manager of Assets Management
Department of China Life Insurance Corporation；the
HR expert of the East Asia & Pacific Bureau of the World
Bank Group；the
Deputy Director General of the Medical Science Education
Department of the Ministry of Health of
China.
Mr. Zhou graduated from the China National
Defense
Technology
University with a bachelor
degree in Science, and received his master degree in
Economics from the China People’s University.
During1986-1987，he
went to study in Hawaii, US and received his second bachelor
degree in public administration.
